It all started with one shirt design for my birthday and a million requests for more. Okay maybe not a million, but you get the picture. Making all your visions come to life is my favorite thing. I always offer custom designs so feel free to email the shop with all your ideas. 

 

It's a one women show (with some help from my amazing mom) but because of this, processing time (not including time in the mail) tends to run about 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks). During the holiday season please leave extra time for the mail. If you need something by a certain date please contact the shop before ordering and most of the time I can accommodate. Please note some items may have a separate turn around time as stated in the listing. Your order will be proceeded based off the longest turn around time and shipped altogether. Example if you order a ready to ship item and a color changing glitter tumbler; your order will ship once the glitter tumbler is completed.  

 

Everything is made to order which creates non-refundable purchases. All items are handmade and may vary slightly from the stock photo due to placement or vinyl color supply. All products are handmade so imperfections are to be expected. Suppliers like to update the vinyl colors slightly and I try to keep pictures as up to date as possible. 

 

We do not offer money back returns or exchanges. Once your package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. After order modifications will not be accepted. This includes address or name changes, so please confirm your address before submitting your order. Craftedbymelissa will ship only to the address listed on the order. 

 

Any packages returned will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Once you receive your order, if there is a problem (ie: damaged in mail or incorrect item) please email the shop within 2 days. If you contact the shop after 2 days, if a placement is required, it will be at purchasers expense. Please allow 1-3 business days for all email responses.

Care instructions: 

Tumblers and cups: HANDWASH ONLY. Do not place the items in the dishwasher it will ruin the vinyl. Please do not soak your tumbler in the sink as this will ruin the vinyl.

Shirts and Clothing: Wash inside out and hang dry/tumble dry low heat.
